Outdoor Organ Festival In San Diego

On August 13, 2007 Barbara was the first jazz organist to give a concert on the famous pipe organ in Balboa Park, San Diego.  About 16oo people came out for the concert.

 The concert was recorded via midi technology and the technician was astounded that Barbara played more than 86,000 notes during her second set!  He recounted that the famous classical organist, Olivier Latry, played around 30,000 notes during his concert.
